Requirements

  • Fully qualified and registered Optometrist
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonl skill
  • Able to work under pressure

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, workshops, events, and brand activations.
  • Develop creative content ideas and create engaging visuals, photos, and videos for social media, digital ads, and promotional materials.
  • Manage, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms, website and other relevant digital channels while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Assist in running paid advertising campaigns, including ad setup, audience targeting, budget monitoring, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, customer interactions, and digital marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media features, content formats, and best practices, while suggesting fresh ideas to strengthen brand presence.

  • Assist in other marketing-related tasks when required.

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in social media trends, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies and marketing approaches.
  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or other content creation platforms is an advantage.
  • Good communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to complete assigned tasks on time.
