Optometrist

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments for patients of all ages.

  • Assess refractive errors, binocular vision, eye coordination and ocular health.

  • Recommend suitable spectacles, contact lenses and vision care solutions based on individual needs.

  • Perform contact lens fitting, aftercare and patient education.

  • Support myopia management and specialised eye care services, including dry eye, pediatric and binocular vision assessments.

  • Identify abnormal eye findings and recommend appropriate referral or further assessment when necessary.

  • Explain examination findings and eye care recommendations clearly to patients.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up documentation.

  • Work closely with the team to provide a professional and positive patient experience.

  • Stay updated with developments in optometry, eye care technology and clinical practices.

  • Assist with other optometry and patient care duties when required.

Requirements

  • Fully qualified and registered Optometrist.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and interest in comprehensive eye care and optometric services.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain clinical information clearly to patients.
  • Patient-focused, responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to professional standards of care.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with other optometrists and team members.
  • Willing to learn and develop skills in areas such as contact lenses, myopia management, pediatric optometry, dry eye care and other specialised services.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant clinical or optical experience will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays based on branch scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, corporate accounts and potential collaborations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business partners, healthcare providers, institutions and other relevant organisations.
  • Plan and execute business development initiatives, corporate engagement activities, events, roadshow and partnership programmes.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other business materials for potential clients and partners.
  • Follow up on leads, enquiries, and partnership opportunities to support business growth and conversion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate programmes, campaigns and partnership activities.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, partnerships, client activities and business development progress.
  • Achieve assigned business development targets and contribute to the company’s overall growth strategy.
  • Assist with other business development and corporate-related tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Development, Mass Communication or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in approaching new clients, building professional relationships and conducting business discussions.
  • Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
  • Good organisational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar business tools.
  • Experience in business development, sales, corporate partnerships, healthcare, retail or related industries is an advantage.
  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel for meetings, events and business activities when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in producing digital content for campaigns, product launches, events, workshops and brand activities.
  • Create engaging graphics, photos, short videos and other multimedia content, including basic shooting, editing, subtitles and formatting.
  • Adapt and manage content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, YouTube and website while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Monitor content performance, audience engagement and digital trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, platform features and design styles, while contributing fresh creative ideas.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming, content planning and campaign discussions with the team.
  • Assist with other digital media, creative and marketing-related tasks when required.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, workshops, events, and brand activations.
  • Develop creative content ideas and create engaging visuals, photos, and videos for social media, digital ads, and promotional materials.
  • Manage, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms, website and other relevant digital channels while ensuring brand consistency.
  • Assist in running paid advertising campaigns, including ad setup, audience targeting, budget monitoring, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, customer interactions, and digital marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, social media features, content formats, and best practices, while suggesting fresh ideas to strengthen brand presence.

  • Assist in other marketing-related tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Multimedia Design, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong interest in social media, content creation, digital trends and visual storytelling.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn new tools, technologies and content approaches.
  • Basic skills in video editing and graphic design using Adobe software, CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or other creative and content-generation tools is an advantage.
  • Good communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and able to manage assigned tasks within deadlines.
