- All promotions are subject to product availability and applicable product eligibility.
- For the 1st Pair 30% OFF and 2nd Pair 50% OFF promotion, both qualifying pairs must be purchased in the same transaction.
- The second pair can be for the same customer or another person. The 50% discount will be applied to the lower-value qualifying pair.
- The complimentary voucher from the Eye Examination Buy 1 Free 1 promotion is valid until 30 November 2026. Expired vouchers cannot be extended, refunded or exchanged for cash.
- Customers are entitled to 1 Lucky Spin for every RM800 spent on eligible purchases.
- Multiple receipts may be combined for Lucky Spin eligibility if the purchases are made by accompanying friends or family members on the same day.
- Receipts from unrelated customers cannot be combined.
- Every RM800 = 1 Lucky Spin. For example, RM1,600 qualifies for 2 spins.
- Any remaining amount below RM800 will not be carried forward. For example, RM1,500 qualifies for 1 spin, and the remaining RM700 will not be carried over.
- Each receipt can only be used once for Lucky Spin calculation.
